	Think of Highbury & you tend to think of Arsenal, but deep in football territory is Iznik, a touch of authentic Turkish romance. The delicate blue & white tiles for which the original Ottoman town of Iznik was famed are the key decorative theme in this intimate little restaurant, & the wrought iron lamps add to the atmosphere.

	Share a few mezze - fried aubergines with a yoghurt dressing or rice-stuffed vine leaves - before tucking into a main of lamb & aubergine stew or a courgette & feta bake. Desserts - if you have room - are delicious. Try poached pear with chocolate & pistachio mousse if you don't fancy the ultra-sweet baklava.
